After a guided demonstration, you’ll make your own pasta, learning to shape filled and long pasta including ravioli, tortellini, and fettuccini. To finish, you’ll sit down and enjoy the pasta you’ve made, served with pre-prepared sauces in a relaxed and welcoming environment (…and maybe a class of vino or two!)
